From fans to players to teams, the Maritime Junior Hockey League (MHL) community is rallying support this week for Pictou County Weeks Crushers forward Maxime Grandmaison who sustained a significant injury during Saturday night’s game in Amherst. Grandmaison was rushed to hospital in Moncton where he underwent surgery and is recovering. On Monday, Grandmaison’s father Eric released the following statement:

On Sunday, the Crushers organization had extended its thanks to all of those who have reached out and offered support.
