Truro, N.S. (May 13, 2021) – The start of the Canadian Tire Cup Eastlink North Division Final between the Fredericton Red Wings and either the Miramichi Timberwolves or Campbellton Tigers will be delayed due to the emerging COVID-19 situation in the Fredericton area. Game 1 of the best-of-five series had been planned for Saturday night in Fredericton.
The Maritime Junior Hockey League (MHL) will continue discussions with the teams involved, as well as various stakeholders, and announce the schedule for the division final at the appropriate time.
