Rockland Nationals (CCHL) start 2026 as No. 1 in CJHL Top 20 Rankings – Fuelled by Gatorade
TORONTO – Starting out 2026 as they did to wrap-up 2025, the Rockland Nationals (CCHL) are No. 1 in the latest Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) Top 20 Rankings – Fuelled by Gatorade, announced Monday.
Rockland have won 15 straight games to pace the pack in the 12-team Central Canada Hockey League, while boasting a more than impressive 29-2-0-0 overall record.
Tabbed No. 2 in the listings are the Niverville Nighthawks (MJHL).
Niverville have been solid throughout the campaign in leading the way in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League, sporting a 29-2-1-0 mark to date.
Slotted in at No. 3 in the rankings, which are compiled by an independent scouting service, is Collège Français de Longueuil (LHJAAAQ).
Longueuil have gone 28-2-0-1 so far this season in the Quebec AAA Junior Hockey League.
On a 12-game heater, the Toronto Patriots (OJHL) come in at No. 4 this week.
Riding an Ontario Junior Hockey League-best winning percentage of .846, the Patriots sit tops in their standings at 33-6-0-0.
Rounding out the Top 5 to begin the New Year are another LHJAAAQ side, the Panthères de St-Jérôme.
They too have played solid hockey, going 27-5-0-0 after 32 games.
