Summerside ranked 13th in CJHL Top 20

Winning ways continue as Brooks Bandits stay No. 1 in CJHL Top 20 rankings
Make it 53 consecutive regular season victories for AJHL side

CALGARY, Alta. – Seeming unstoppable, the Brooks Bandits (AJHL) continue to rack up the victories and earn another week as the top team in the nation as they once again sit atop the latest Canadian Junior Hockey League Top 20 rankings, released Monday.

Brooks is now 20-0 to start their campaign in Alberta and have won an impressive 53 consecutive regular season contests in the AJHL.

Another surging side, the Battlefords North Stars (SJHL), are an equally solid 19-1 in Saskatchewan and boast 12 straight triumphs to their credit.

Moving up to No. 3 in the 131-team CJHL this week is the Powassan Voodoos (NOJHL). They have reeled off 17 wins in succession and sit with a 19-1 record to date.

Earning the No. 4 slot in the weekly listings, which are compiled by an independent scouting source, College Français de Longueuil (LHJAAAQ) have won 14 of their first 15 games and are playing .933 hockey in Quebec.

Soaring to No. 5 you have the SIJHL-leading Thunder Bay North Stars, who have gone 12-1-1 to commence their year.

The Sherwood Park Crusaders (AJHL); Toronto Patriots (OJHL); Carleton Place Canadians (CCHL); Okotoks Oilers (AJHL) and the Penticton Vees (BCHL) round out the Top 10 this week at sixth through 10th respectively.
