Tigers’ Larouche commits to University of Ottawa

The Campbellton Tigers have announced that forward Thomas Larouche has committed to the Ottawa Gee-Gees.

The 20-year-old from Gatineau, Quebec joined the Yarmouth Mariners to start the 2024-25 season after two years with the Val-d’Or Foreurs. Larouche tallied 23 goals and 38 assists in 119 games with the QMJHL club.

He had three goals and seven assists in ten games with the Mariners before being dealt to Campbellton on October 16th. Since joining the Tigers, Larouche has fourteen goals and nineteen assists in 27 games to lead the team in assists and points. He’s also tied for eighteenth in league scoring with 43 points.
