Rockland Nationals (CCHL) closing out February still No. 1 in CJHL Top 20 Rankings – Fuelled by Gatorade

TORONTO – The Rockland Nationals (CCHL) will close out February still No. 1 in the Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) Top 20 Rankings – Fuelled by Gatorade, announced Monday.

Boasting a CJHL-best record of 44-3-0-0, the Nationals have wrapped up the Central Canada Hockey League regular season crown and will be the No. 1 seed in their upcoming playoffs.

Tabbed No. 2 in the listings, which are compiled by an independent scouting service, are the Niverville Nighthawks (MJHL).

Niverville tops the table in the 13-team Manitoba Junior Hockey League with a 43-6-1-0 mark.

Moving up to No. 3 in the rankings are the Toronto Patriots (OJHL).

Highly competitive all season long in the Ontario Junior Hockey League, the Patriots sit first overall in the OJHL standings at 45-8-0-1.

Slotted in at No. 4 is Collège Français de Longueuil (LHJAAAQ).

Longueuil continues to lead the way in the Quebec AAA Junior Hockey League at 37-6-0-1.

Meanwhile, another MJHL squad, in the Steinbach Pistons, wrap-up the Top 5 this week.

Steinbach have gone a solid 41-8-2-0 on the campaign to date.
