The Summerside Western Capitals have announced that defenseman Clark Webster has committed to St. Francis Xavier University for the 2021-22 season.
The 20-year-old from Kensington, P.E.I. joined Summerside in late February via a trade with Cowichan Valley of the BCHL. In eight games with Summerside during the regular season, Webster registered two assists. In four games during the Canadian Tire Cup Playoff Round Robin, he also tallied two assists. In 2017-18, Webster played seven games for the Western Capitals.
The MHL congratulates Webster on his post-secondary commitment.
