The Tigers had a busy day in the community last week with afternoon visits to the Village and the Memorial Villa nursing homes. There they had a chance to meet some former Tigers, some ardent long-time Tiger supporters and perhaps some new fans. After visiting with the young-at-heart at the nursing homes, the Tigers headed up the road to the Glen Levit Winter Carnival. After being treated to a delicious spaghetti supper the players enjoyed some quality outdoor ice time with young local skaters and hockey players. Thanks once again to the Carnival organizers for the amazing hospitality and for the opportunity to be part of this fun event.
