The Royal Military College of Canada Paladins have announced that Campbellton Tigers’ defenseman Luke Orr will join their program next season.

The 20-year-old from Berwick, N.S. was drafted in the 7th Round, 108th overall, by the South Shore Lumberjacks in the 2021 MHL Entry Draft. After the team moved to Bouctouche, N.B., Orr played two games with the West Kent Steamers before being traded to the Valley Wildcats in October 2023. He finished the 2023-24 season with one goal and eleven assists in 46 games for Valley.

Before the 2024-25 season, Orr was traded to Miramichi. He registered seven assists in 32 games with the Timberwolves before signing with the Amherst Ramblers around the trade deadline. He had three goals and three assists in thirteen games with the Ramblers.

Orr joined the Campbellton Tigers for the 2025-26 season and set career highs in goals (8), assists (16), and points (24).

Paladins head coach Richard Lim says, “Luke is a driven and disciplined young man who fits exactly the culture we are building at RMC. His character, commitment to development, and team-first mentality stood out throughout the recruiting process.”

The MHL congratulates Orr on his post-secondary commitment.
