The Miramichi Timberwolves have announced that 20-year-old forward Eliott Robert has committed to Concordia University for the 2026-27 season.

Robert, from Trois-Rivières, Quebec, joined the Timberwolves midway through the 2023-24 season, collecting seven goals and twelve assists in 20 games. He added four goals and five assists during the Metalfab MHL Cup Playoffs to help Miramichi capture the league title. At the Centennial Cup, Robert led all players with seven goals in six games and his nine total points were fourth-most as Miramichi lost in the semi-final to eventual champion Collingwood.

In 2024-25, Robert played 51 games and finished fourth in team scoring with 46 points. He had eighteen goals and 28 assists, with another three assists in five playoff games as the Timberwolves lost in the first round to Edmundston.

Through the first two months of the 2025-26 season, Robert is in the top 20 in league scoring with eleven goals and fourteen assists for 25 points in 21 games, which also leads the team in points.

The MHL congratulates Robert on his post-secondary commitment.
