Berwick, Nova Scotia (November 26, 2018) – The Valley Wildcats, proud member of the Maritime Hockey League, announced today that Travis Young has been relieved of his coaching duties.
General Manager Nick Greenough will step behind the bench on an interim basis, alongside incumbent assistant coach Brian Birkhoff.
“Travis is a first-class individual with a great hockey mind and we thank him for his contributions to the Wildcats organization. We wish him and his family all the best,” said Wildcats owner Graham Baxter.
The Wildcats travel to Bridgewater to play the South Shore Lumberjacks Friday at 7 p.m. and then host the Truro Bearcats Saturday at 7.
