The 2019 Fred Page Cup will honour twelve Maritime Junior Hockey League supporters for the work they’ve done in their respective communities in support of hockey.
An initiative of the host committee and the MHL, teams submitted their honouree, and two will be recognized ahead of each of the round robin games from Wednesday through Friday.

- Grand Falls Rapids – Charles Theriault
- Miramichi Timberwolves – Sheila Jay
- Pictou County Weeks Crushers – Wade Taylor
- South Shore Lumberjacks – Larry Creaser
- St. Stephen Aces – John Hyslop
- Summerside Western Capitals – Pat McIver
- Valley Wildcats – Graham Baxter
- Truro Bearcats – Keith MacKenzie
- Yarmouth Mariners – John Murphy
