Coach Casey describes his coaching style as “I am a very passionate coach who communicates extremely well with his players”.  He also states “My goal is to ensure we have a team that competes extremely hard during practice and games. We want to earn an identity in our work ethic…Success in regular season and playoffs will follow if this attitude is in place”.

Roger Shannon the teams President and Governor, says, “As a hockey coach, you need to earn the players trust, and steal their hockey hearts, when you do that you will be successful, the fine line between winning and losing in sport is thin, and until you get that, your teams will struggle. After getting to know Brian, through hockey and friends, I felt he was the perfect person for this role with our company and our team. We are very pleased to be able to bring on board someone of this magnitude, the entire staff is looking forward to working with Brian.”

Brent Grant, GM of the Fredericton Junior Red Wings states, “For me, starting out in the MHL, to have a person like Brian to work with while we pursue our goals on and off the ice, is perfect timing, his experience in the game, can mean nothing but good things as we work toward putting a great product on the ice for our fans.”
