FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Truro, N.S. (September 15, 2023) – In advance of the arrival of Hurricane Lee to the Maritimes, two games for the weekend have been postponed. The Maritime Junior Hockey League (MHL) will continue to monitor the situation and discuss the upcoming schedule with the teams involved. An announcement will be made when and if further games are postponed, as well as their rescheduled date.
The games postponed thus far are as follows:

- Saturday, September 16th – Summerside at Valley
- Sunday, September 17th – Grand Falls at West Kent
